Have You Started Using Your Peoples Health Member ID Card?

Your ID card is called a UCard. Here are some important reminders about the ID card that we mailed you:

• Always show your new member ID card when getting medical care or filling prescriptions, if your plan includes Part D prescription drug coverage. It’s important to show your new ID card because it has your member ID number. Your medical providers and pharmacy need this number to confirm that you are a Peoples Health plan member.
• If your plan includes Part D prescription drug coverage: Do you have a prescription with refills? Make sure to call your pharmacy now, and let the pharmacist know that you have a new ID card with new prescription processing information, so your records can be updated.
